3. We do not withdraw the amount from your account until the item has been shipped
After completing a purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this is not the order confirmation, but merely a confirmation that we have received your order. Once we have processed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you, and when your items are shipped, we will send you a receipt. Only at this point will the amount be withdrawn from your account.
4. Delivery
DK: The shipping cost is 50 DKK, including VAT. This price applies to each order placed on Eico.dk with delivery to a parcel shop. For delivery to locations other than a parcel shop, the shipping cost is 70 DKK, including VAT. The shipping cost, therefore, does not depend on the order's total weight, size, price, number of items, or delivery address. Our delivery terms are valid throughout Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
SV: The shipping cost is 75 SEK, including VAT. This price applies to each order placed on Eico.sv with delivery to a parcel shop. The shipping cost, therefore, does not depend on the order's total weight, size, price, number of items, or delivery address. Our delivery terms are valid throughout all of Sweden.
NO: The shipping cost is NOK 75, - including VAT. This price applies to each order placed on Eico-as.no with delivery to a parcel shop. The shipping cost, therefore, does not depend on the order's total weight, size, price, number of items, or delivery address. Our delivery terms are valid throughout all of Norge, except for Svalbard.
FI: The shipping cost is 7,95 EUR, including VAT. This price applies to each order placed on Eico.fi with delivery to a parcel shop. The shipping cost, therefore, does not depend on the order's total weight, size, price, number of items, or delivery address. Our delivery terms are valid throughout all of Finland.
4.1 Delivery Confirmation
DK: You will receive an email regarding the delivery time for your items. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after we have received the order. If, contrary to expectations, the item is out of stock, you will receive an email with a new expected delivery time.
SV: You will receive an email regarding the delivery time for your items. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after we have received the order. If, contrary to expectations, the item is out of stock, you will receive an email with a new expected delivery time.

4.2 DELIVERY IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
If you are not home, the driver will take the package to a nearby Parcel Shop, and you will need to pick up the package there. The driver will leave a card with the package number, name, and address of the Parcel Shop where you can retrieve your package. You have 10 business days to collect the package. Remember to bring valid ID.
5. Reservation
We reserve the right for: typographical errors and non-representative images, tax changes, sold-out items, backorders, unavailable goods, currency changes, stock management errors, price changes, and force majeure.
Color discrepancies in relation to the displayed product images cannot be ruled out. If color tone is crucial, we recommend seeing the product in person before ordering/installation.
We have done everything possible to display product colors as accurately as possible, but the colors in our images may differ from the original. This may be due to your screen or printer settings, such as contrast, brightness, or screen type.
Additionally, other factors such as light and shadow may affect the product's color.
Returns in Case of Cancellation

You have the right to carefully inspect the item, but to be eligible for a return, the item must be in nearly the same condition as received. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with the corresponding inner packaging. If you handle the product to a greater extent than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, EICO reserves the right to seek compensation for the depreciation resulting from this handling. Note that the label on the packaging must remain intact. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have used the new product.
EICO must be notified within the deadline if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Please attach the return label, indicate the reason for the return, and include a copy of the invoice with the product being returned. Note that you are responsible for covering the transportation costs. Damage due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Returned products must not be sent as cash on delivery.

5.1 Return of Goods
When returning items, please ensure that the product is securely packaged and returned to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for the condition of the item until it is delivered to us. For this reason, we encourage you to keep receipts as well as any track & trace numbers.
5.2 Condition of the Item Upon Withdrawal
If you regret a purchase, the item must appear as new upon return.
If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, an amount corresponding to the depreciation caused by use will be deducted. Similarly, the refund amount will be reduced if the item has been installed and mounted. If the item is deemed worthless, you are not entitled to a refund.
6. Warranty Claim - If Something Is Wrong with the Item
DK: Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. After you receive your item, your warranty claim is valid for 24 months. However, consumable items with a limited life or functionality are exempt. In such cases, a special assessment of the warranty claim will be made, as defects due to normal wear and tear are not covered.
If the warranty claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs incurred in returning the item to us. If it turns out that you caused the damage yourself, or if there is nothing wrong with the item, the warranty claim will not be justified. 6.2 In Case of Defects/Issues After the Item Has Been Used
If you cannot immediately see any damage or issues with your ordered item and decide to install and mount it, but it still does not function optimally, it is important to check whether it has been installed correctly. If the item appears to be correctly installed but still does not work, it is very important that you contact us immediately. This will make it easier for us to determine if the defect is due to an original fault, wear and tear, or improper use of the item.
If the issue only occurs intermittently, meaning it is not continuous but appears periodically, it is important to note when, how, or in which situations the problem arises. This will make it easier for us to identify the cause of the issue and provide you with a quick and effective response.
7. Other options of complaint
DK: If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your complaint regarding an item or service purchased from us, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
