Cleaning of the cooking plate

Remove possible leftovers from food or fat from the cooking plate with the help of a special glass scraber.

To clean the heated area on the best possible way, you have to use suitable cleaning tools and kitchen paper. Wash with water and dry it with a clean cloth. 

By using the special scraber, it is very important that you first remove foil and silver paper, which you accidentally could have melted on your cooking plate. The same goes for sugar and other food leftovers. This you damaging the surface can be prevented. 

Use of scouring pads or aggressive chemical cleaning agents, as a spray for ovens or tough cleaning agents are under no circumstances allowed.
