Why are the buttons on my touch control not responding?

  • Check that the control buttons are not locked.

  • The buttons respond to touch, so you don’t need to apply any pressure.

  • If you have a light guide, the sensor is located under the LED. So, do not slide directly on the light, but under the light guide.

  • Use the middle of your finger, not the fingertip.

  • Ensure that the control buttons are always clean, dry, and free from any objects (e.g., utensils or cloths covering them). Even a thin layer of water can make the control buttons difficult to operate.
