Which pots should I choose for induction hobs?
It is recommended to use pots with a flat bottom and a diameter that matches or is slightly larger than the heated area.
To avoid scratching the thermal surface of the cooktop, you should not use pots with a rough bottom.
- Avoid boil-overs by reducing the heat when boiling or heating liquids.
- Do not leave any cooking zones turned on without pots or pans on them.
- When cooking is finished, turn off the respective cooking zone.
