What to do if your fridge is operating noisily?

To maintain the set cooling level, the compressor may activate from time to time. Noise from your refrigerator during this time is normal and is due to its function. Once the desired cooling is reached, the noise will automatically decrease.

If the noise continues, check the following:

• Is the appliance stable? Are the feet adjusted?
• Is there anything behind the refrigerator?
• Are the shelves or items on the shelves vibrating? If so, reposition the shelves and/or items.
• Are there any objects on top of the refrigerator that are vibrating?
