Cleaning of the metal grease filters

The grease filters must be cleaned once a month, with a liquid, neutral cleaning agent. This cleaning can be both by hand or in a dishwasher. If a dishwasher is used, it must be set to gentle washing. After awash in a dishwasher, a faint discoloration of the metal grease filter can occur, but this does not affect the efficiency of the filter.
