Note: If you do not have the opportunity to blow the air out of the kitchen, then you can use a recirculation fan. Note! The filters do not remove steam. This is removed by extra ventilation or e.g. via the central ventilation system of the house. While using recirculation, windows, doors, and any air system with access to fresh air should be closed. The high-performance ceramic recirculation filters can be regenerated in the oven for 40 min. at 200 degrees C and are thus effective for purifying the air for up to 5 years.
